PANALO! App version 1.0 is initially available and exclusive for iOS only.

PANALO! App is a fun app that lets you rate photos if it’s a Win! (Panalo!) or a Fail! (Talo!). You can also submit your own photos and let others rate it. You can upload photos of anything, a photo of yourself, your pet, a friend, favorite gadget, virtually anything, as long as the photo is originally taken by you, you have permission to submit it, doesn’t violate any copyright or other legal rights, not confidential and is not lewd or offensive in any manner.

PANALO! App has three photo stream categories: 
BAGO!: features the latest uploaded photos. 
SIKAT!: features the most popular photos. Photos with the most “Panalo!” ratings. 
PANIS!: features “not so popular” photos. Photos with the most “Talo!” ratings. 
You can also view stream of photos from a particular user by clicking the username.

PANALO! App won’t require you to register or connect your social media accounts to be able to rate or upload photos. You can rate photos anonymously. If you want to upload a photo just create a username and that’s it. Please take note though that PANALO! App is not responsible and liable for any photos submitted by its users. The app has a “Report As Offensive” feature called “iREPORT” which lets you report inappropriate or offensive photos. A photo will automatically be deleted from the system if it gets reported three (3) times or more. If a user accumulates three (3) or more deleted photos, the user will be blocked by the system automatically. So please be responsible when using this app.
